Alan Gilbert will be joined by special guest Yo-Yo Ma along with members of the the Silk Road Ensemble and the NY Philharmonic. The program will include the Latina 6/8 Suite composed by Edward Perez to feature Galician bagpiper Cristina Pato. The ensemble will include Pato on bagpipes and Perez on bass.
